Transformer Oil Purification Plants (capacity 160 – 4000 lph)

Insulating oil purification plants are designed to purify transformer oil from solid contaminants and dry the oil. Oil viscosity should be less than 70 cSt at 50 0C. These units purify contaminated transformer oil to industrial purity class 9 (-/15/12, ISO 4406) after multiple passes through the filters.
The units are used during installation, repairs/maintenance and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment (power transformers, high-voltage switchgears and other equipment). The Oil Purifiers utilize the classed oil drying process by creating vacuum and removing water vapor from the surface of the oil.

The Oil treatment units can be manufactured for operation in automatic, semi-automatic or manual modes.

It is an important task to provide stable turbine oil characteristics. With time  in operation oil degenerates under the influence of water, heat contamination and oxidation.

The appearance of oil sludge,  indicates that there are deterioration products in the oil. These deterioration products have negative impact on the work of a turbine. If the lubricating properties of oils deteriorate, it can cause damage and the need for costly repairs. The potential service life is not always fully expended.


The manufacturer guarantees normal and stable operation of the Unit if all installation, operation, maintenance, transportation and storage regulations, laid out in this manual, are observed.

Warranty period is 12 monthsfrom date of delivery.

If any manufacturing defects or failure of the Unit or it’s components through manufacturer’s fault are uncovered during warranty period, the user is entitled to make a claim to the manufacturer without disassembling the unit or it’s components. In the course of five days the user draws up a preliminary act and notifies the manufacturer of the defect.

Warranty is void in case of:

  • insufficient operation;
  • insufficient operation medias;
  • Unit design alteration;
  • use of defective tools;
  • use of non-original spare parts;
  • unauthorized alteration of the Unit or its components;
  • insufficient servicing and maintenance.
